About this event

Following the success of our annual ‘Meet the SEND Heads' Parents’ Conference, this event will be the first in our series of mini-conferences which will focus on specific areas within the Local Authority and Health, and will give parents an exceptional opportunity to hear directly from the Heads of each area, and other key professionals.

In this event we will be joined by Miri Dhamo, the Head of the Joint Service for Disabled Children (JSDC), responsible for Short Breaks and Social Care, for children and young people with SEND in the London Borough of Enfield.

This mini-conference will look in more detail at Social Care, Short Breaks and the Joint Service for Disabled Children, and will include a Q&A Session, a session exploring Short Breaks, a workshop on Positive Behavior Support and the opportunity to book a 1:1 meeting with a member of the JSDC/Cheviots team (limited slots available, subject to availability).
